The Handheld Drone Detector H2LP is a compact anti drone device that performs passive drone detection and finds rogue anti drones and their pilots on an electronic map without emitting any radio signal. Covering 100 MHz-6 GHz and more than 900 drone types, it adds upgraded low-frequency FPV detection and real-time FPV image demodulation for operators who need stealthy, emission-free drone detection in the field.
Passive detection is the defining feature of the handheld drone detector. Because it never transmits, the H2LP cannot be detected by the drone or its pilot, which is essential when conducting surveillance or operating near sensitive areas. It locates both the drone and the pilot on an electronic map, and its pilot navigation routing feature guides the operator toward the control position without revealing the operator's presence.
The detection engine covers 100 MHz-6 GHz, giving it access to low-frequency FPV links that other detectors miss, plus the usual 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz control and video bands. Real-time FPV image demodulation lets the operator see what the drone's camera is seeing, an important confirmation tool before response. With more than 900 drone types supported and compliance with RID standards including GB 42590-2023, ASTM F3411 and ASD-STAN prEN 4709-002, the H2LP fits into modern regulatory frameworks.
The H2LP is also a professional field device: 6-inch 2160x1080 screen, Android 12, 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, with blacklists, whitelists, trajectory playback and history records for reporting. Weighing only 658 g, it is the lightest product in this counter-UAS range, which makes it the companion tool for patrol teams who already carry a jammer or spoofer. For permanent deployment, several H2LP units can be networked to cover a wider area while keeping the same intuitive map interface.
High-sensitivity passive RF receivers detect extremely weak drone control telemetry signals, identifying intruder flight paths before visual contact is established. The electronic mapping interface provides real-time GPS coordinates for both the drone and pilot operator ground locations.
With low power consumption and long battery endurance, the H2LP provides discreet perimeter monitoring for border patrols, VIP protection details, and sensitive government facility surveillance operations.
