Portable Drone Detector Deployment
Overview
Portable Drone Detector Deployment
The Portable Drone Detector Suitcase H1C-P is a passive multi-sensor platform that supports major event security, public security patrol and border defence. It works offline as a standalone unit, emits no electromagnetic signal, and tracks up to 20 simultaneous targets with up to 10 km open-field range, making it one of the most capable portable drone detection radar suites available.
Event security and patrol teams need area awareness before they need countermeasures. The portable drone detector suitcase provides that awareness by scanning for drone signals across 300 MHz-1.5 GHz and 2.4/5.2/5.8 GHz, with a passive approach that protects the operator and complies with emission limits. It tracks up to 20 simultaneous targets and up to five live trajectories, with azimuth error under 1.5 degrees RMS and detection success rate of at least 99%.
Deployment speed matters in security operations, and the H1C-P is built to go from transit case to operational in 90 seconds. Foldable antennas, a 10-inch 1920x1200 touch screen and offline operation mean the suitcase does not depend on a network or external power beyond its own supply. It runs on 100-220 VAC with about 4 hours of battery in the box, and the operator can read heat maps and line charts directly on the device.
For sites that already maintain a counter-UAS system, the portable drone detector suitcase acts as a portable sensor input to the wider picture. It exposes management interfaces that allow cross-terminal access, so information can feed a command console while the physical unit stays in the field. Weighing about 19.5 kg with battery, it is movable by a two-person team and deployable from a vehicle, making it the standard tool for hardening venues, patrol zones and temporary protected areas.
Integrated multi-frequency spectrum processing algorithms filter out environmental background noise and urban radio frequency interference, maintaining ultra-low false alarm rates in dense industrial and municipal airspaces.
The rugged transit case casing features shock-isolated internal chassis mounts, allowing the system to operate reliably while mounted inside mobile command vehicles or exposed outdoor security stations.
